Artwork Submission Guidelines

Big Graphics Require Big Files

To ensure your brand looks sharp from across the stadium, please follow these technical specifications. If you are working with a graphic designer, simply send them this page.

1. Preferred File Formats

We prioritize high-quality print files to maintain crisp edges on large-scale wraps.

  • Vector Files (Best for Stadium Wraps): .AI, .EPS, .PDF

Note: Please ensure all fonts are "outlined" and images are "embedded."

  • Raster Files (High-Resolution): .JPEG, .PNG, .TIFF

Note: These must be high-resolution to avoid blurriness.

2. Resolution & Scale

Because we are printing signs as large as 20 feet, "web-quality" images will not work.

  • Scale: Please design your files at 1:1 (Full Size) or 1:10 Scale.
  • DPI: Files should be at least 150 DPI at full physical size. For 3x6 or 4x8 signs, 300 DPI is preferred.

Pro Tip: If you pulled the logo off a website, it is likely too small for a stadium wrap.

3. Color Profile

  • CMYK: Please submit all files in CMYK color mode.
  • Florida Sun Factor: We use UV-resistant inks. While we strive for perfect color matching, please provide Pantone (PMS) codes if your brand requires a specific color match for school logos.

4. Bleed & Safety Area

  • Grommet Safety: Keep all text and essential logos at least 2 inches away from the edges. This ensures no important information is cut off by grommets (metal eyelets) or heavy-duty hems.
  • Bleed: For full-coverage wraps (like the 4x20), please include a 0.5-inch bleed on all sides.
