How much does this cost the school?
Our partnership program is designed to be budget-neutral. In most cases, there is zero out-of-pocket cost to the school. We fund the production and installation through our business partnership network.
How does the 3-5 year contract work?
We sign a multi-year exclusivity agreement to manage your stadium and gym branding. This allows us to secure high-value sponsors and ensures your campus maintains a high-end, uniform look rather than a cluttered mix of old banners.
What happens if a sign gets damaged by Florida weather?
Our contract includes a maintenance clause. We use UV-protected, wind-vented materials specifically for the Florida climate. If a sign is damaged due to normal wear and tear or sun fading during the contract term, we handle the replacement.
Does the school have final approval on sponsors?
Absolutely. You have 100% "veto power." We will never place a brand or advertisement on your campus that doesn't align with your school’s values and district policies.

How long will my sign stay up?
Sponsorship terms typically mirror our school contracts (3-5 years). This gives you long-term, "always-on" brand exposure for a fraction of the cost of a monthly billboard.
What is the difference between Mesh and Vinyl?
Mesh Banners: The ideal choice for baseball fields and track fences. The perforated material allows Florida’s high winds to pass through, preventing your sign from acting like a sail and damaging the fence.
Vinyl: Best for indoor gyms or stadium press boxes. Designed for mounting against solid surfaces where wind isn't a factor, ensuring your graphics remain bold and easy to read.
Can I update my artwork later?
Yes. While the contract covers the initial installation, we can update your branding or contact information at any time for a nominal production and re-installation fee.

How long is the turnaround time from 'Upload' to 'Install'?
Once artwork is approved and the sponsorship is finalized, typical production and installation take 14–21 business days, depending on the scale of the stadium wrap.
