Agreement Overview

This professional Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) outlines the terms for a 3–5 year stadium branding partnership between Athletic Signs Florida and your school or district. Developed with the precise language and formal structure expected by school boards and administrative leadership, this document serves as a comprehensive framework for a mutually beneficial collaboration focused on enhancing athletic facilities while generating critical sponsorship revenue.

Stadium Branding & Sponsorship Agreement

1. Term of Agreement

This Memorandum of Agreement outlines a professional branding partnership with a standard term of three (3) to five (5) years. This duration ensures a stable and predictable revenue stream for the school district while allowing sufficient time for the sponsor to realize the full value of the high-impact stadium graphics.

Upon completion of the initial term, the parties may negotiate a renewal period based on updated market valuations and equipment conditions, ensuring the partnership remains beneficial to the school board's long-term athletic objectives.

2. Scope of Work

The scope of this agreement encompasses full-scale branding installations across primary athletic venues, including the Football Stadium (large-scale bleacher wraps and fence windscreens), Indoor Facilities (gymnasium murals and wall graphics), and Baseball/Softball complexes (outfield fencing and backstop branding).

Athletic Signs Florida will manage the production and installation of all high-durability mesh and vinyl materials, ensuring all graphics meet professional collegiate and high school athletic standards for performance and aesthetics.

3. Ownership & Maintenance

All branding materials, including wraps, banners, and murals, shall remain the property of the sponsor or Athletic Signs Florida as designated. The school district is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the underlying structures to which the signs are affixed.

Should any signage become damaged by standard athletic activities, the district shall notify the company promptly to evaluate repair or replacement. This clear division of responsibility ensures that the stadium maintains a professional appearance throughout the agreement's term.

4. Sponsorship & Approval

To protect the school board's brand and community values, the district retains the absolute right of final approval for all artwork, logos, and sponsor messaging. No graphics will be installed without written authorization from the designated athletic director or district representative.

Athletic Signs Florida will provide high-resolution digital mockups for review, ensuring that every element aligns with the school's colors, branding guidelines, and specific sponsorship policies.

5. Exclusivity

This agreement grants exclusive rights to Athletic Signs Florida for the production and installation of large-scale stadium wraps and major athletic facility branding during the term. This exclusivity prevents visual clutter and ensures a unified, high-quality aesthetic across the campus.

By limiting branding to a single professional partner, the school district can maintain strict quality control and a consistent design language that elevates the overall prestige of its athletic venues.

6. Artwork & Intellectual Property

The parties acknowledge that all original designs created for the stadium branding remain the intellectual property of Athletic Signs Florida, while the school's logos and trademarks remain the property of the district. A limited license is granted for the specific purpose of the branding described herein.

This arrangement protects both the creative investments of the branding partner and the long-term asset value of the school's historic identity and mascots.

Partnership Scope

The scope of this agreement encompasses professional-grade branding and sponsorship visibility across all primary athletic venues. This includes high-impact stadium wraps and windscreens for the Football Stadium, championship-level murals and wall graphics for Indoor Facilities, and durable outfield banners for Baseball and Softball complexes.
